Our plugins are not designed to upload your audio signal, DAW project files, stems, recordings, presets, client sessions, or creative works to us. We do not intentionally create or publish fake customer reviews, fake testimonials, fake endorsements, or fake claims of product experience.

If you send us screenshots, logs, crash reports, audio files, DAW sessions, stems, presets, photos, videos, or other files for support or another request, we may process those materials to:
